There seem to be some baby-steps taken in this direction with the $16/night fixed rate for free LD/800 calls within North America at many of the Westins that one can request at check-in. Not sure if this is brand-wide or just at the corporately owned properties.
Nope. At least not the "consistency in pricing" part of that. Because I've been at Westins recently where that same "Communications Package" was being sold at different prices...$16.00, $14.95, $9.95 was the lowest I've seen, last month at the Westin Providence, RI.
