GLOBALIST
CHECK IN: Check In on a busy Friday afternoon about 3pm - line was pretty long, didn't seem like any prioritization based on status tier, but at least a staff member brought around bottles of water as people were waiting.
Valet/Bell desk staff was very good and actually the bell staff member John was one of the most memorable.
PARKING: Valet Parking was included on an award stay. Same price as self-parking. Note the street nearby does NOT allow overnight parking and a big sign says they will ticket.
No issue with late checkout request or including valet parking on an award stay.

ROOM: High floor Marina Corner Suite with balcony in the main tower. Room was nice, no separate bedroom but is considered a "suite"
Traveling with Child - the infant pack and play crib was delivered after checkin quickly. They included a nice little pack of baby soap/creams and the crib had a proper fitted sheet.
BREAKFAST: Breakfast staff at red marlin were all very nice. We did not see any buffet offered - ordered off the menu no problems. Food was good.

POOL: Enjoyed the main heated pool. Water slides in the other pools looked fun as well. Also saw the fire pit and game areas.

GYM: Gym is in a beautiful location. The Hyatt Marina Wifi that goes to the gym does have some weak signal issues. The hotel does have a Peloton, but the weak signal caused some issues of video quality. The Peloton seat is also broken - stuck in the lowest position. Otherwise everything looked in nice condition.

Warning: keep an eye out for any erroneous hotel charges after check-out for the pool towels. We returned all of ours immediately but was still automatically charged $50 without notice.

I would return for a fun family weekend but the towel charge without any notice really left a bad last impression.
