I can’t imagine date/time of booking being a common tiebreaker when you use eqm in past year as a tiebreaker. Probably not very common to have identical eqms.

Do you interpret this as 1:1 for distance no matter what COS or adding COS bonus so 1:1.5 or 1:2.5 depending on with whom you book? I am okay getting straight 1:1 mileage, but others may feel differently.
It’s 1eqm per mile flown just like it says. No COS multiplier.
