Hello,

unforntunateley my Lufthansa flight is cancelled. However not a big deal since I can get a re-routing free of charge.
However I need a specific connecting time (under 24h), since I want to be on a specific flight (same Airline/ same routing).
Availability is not the issue and the chat bot are giving me several options with a short connection time.

The chat and phone agents are unwilling to get me rerouted.
My Idea is to go directly to the airport since the airport Lufthansa employees are in general much more qualified than the "phone agents".
Are only FRA and MUC having a Lufthansa Ticket office or are there more airports with a LH Ticket counter?
