IIRC you once stated on FT that you are a hotelier (apologies if I got that wrong). In your establishment I am sure that you have suitably qualified staff who could discretely manage a 'loudmouth'. That, IMHO, is what is missing. And I do not so much blame the Lounge staff as I would blame BA Management who (sadly) advertise a five star experience in the Lounges, but take no real responsibility to ensure that it happens. So BA Management need to think through the whole Lounge experience and identify the potential areas where there could be issues, set clear policies and standards, train the staff and monitor and manage to ensure the desired experience is being delivered.
I don’t think I’ve experienced any lounge operated by any airline where this is enforced.
