I have been rebooked onto MH1 in Business Suites from my F booking on the recently cancelled BA flight. I’m hoping the hard product will make up for what looks to be a very underwhelming soft product. I have really low expectations so hopefully they will be exceeded! Still a win for me that I am still able to fly direct from London as I’m a bit over the Doha transit regardless of how good the QR J product is.
I have only flown Biz Suites once in 2019 so maybe not the most up to date experience but IMO it is very similar in quality to BA F. I had previously flown in MH KUL-LHR F on the A380 which was a more enjoyable experience (and much better than BA F) but mainly due to the larger seat and bed. I didn't think there was much difference between the food/service between their previous true F and their current Biz Suite product.
I definitely think you took the right choice to take direct Biz Suite over BA F LHR-SIN-KUL
