If your JFK flight is late enough then they'll either put you on a PHX-TUS combination or one of the later nonstops. Problem is the nonstops all leave in the late afternoon/early evening time frame. If your JFK flight has seriously delayed departure then it might be a reroute through ORD or DFW as well.

It's a tighter connection than I'd like, but there are a lot busses to the Eagles Nest in the morning.
