Agree it's annoying, but hold my hand up that it probably reflects on me being a grumpy old git more than anyting else. Trouble also is that it will land flat with a lot of BA flyers who simply won't understand what it means, whereas "drink" would be understood by 90% plus of people reading it. Indeed, you could just have "Beer and Cider" without some silly trendy post script. Ho hum.
