Hi, we had the same booking, used BA live chat to rebook QR - LHR-DOH-KUL in Q Suite. I was advised to select seats via QR site which I did but note they were chargeable despite (I) class booking. I did query with QR chat but they advised costs applicable as ‘ BA ‘ tickets; I have raised with BA via email but not expecting a result.
Note that all the middle ‘ couple’ seats were greyed out so just selected 2 window and QR chat changed them with no further costs (!)
Was this a revenue purchase ? As revenue seats seem to be changeable onto QR without issue
