A non-status family member has booked 2 Club World tickets (cash fare) to LA and is being asked to pay an extra 2 x £116 each way to secure seats. The seat map only shows 2 Club seats as unoccupied for the November flight which has got them worrying about overbooked cabins and that they will simply have to pay for the luxury of having a seat on top of the J fare! Is this now a BA tactic to get more money?
