I was there at the beginning of this month, and I must have been lucky when I arrived there was no line and I was in there no more than 10 mins. But I knew it was a hot mess when I arrived!!

Upon arriving, I noticed that the elevators were crowded with luggage as that was the staging area as they were not working. So, I carried my carry-on up the stairs to keep my stuff secure and safe, But the area was hot mess in terms of spaces available to sit and it was crowded AF. I grabbed a few items from the buffet and pushed aside plates at a counter space before I dashed. During my stay, I heard three servers drop their trays that hushed the noise level for a moment. I do not look forward to a planned return I have at the end of this month. Ternminal 1 is nice enough and paying for service is better than that lounge in my opinion.
