I haven't been to the Chase Lounge at LGA, so I can't comment on that one. The United Lounge is fairly nice and much better than the old one. That said, I would go to the Amex Platinum Lounge It has better food and is a nicer lounge. I've also had good luck with the shower, if you're interested in one. That said, It can get very crowded depending on the time of day. They are close to each other, so if one doesn't work, you can go to the other one.
