Comments: I asked at the desk for an upgrade, and said I just wanted a quiet room! This is the 3rd "upgrade" in a row that put me with a view/sound of a highway, the 2nd in a row that upgraded me to a lounge access room (which I already have) and again - no welcome in the room. Wasn't asked about welcome gift, so I should go ask tomorrow.

I have had a long day so will reserve judgment on the hotel. Tired, but staff are friendly and gave a great restaurant recommendation! $5 for a JW black in the lounge, so that's good .
