I’m staying here now, got “upgraded” from a king to an executive king. Had a conversation with the “guest experience manager” about this that didn’t really equate to an upgrade but as per usual here for this hotel, got the Hilton party line about only being upgraded 1 level unless I wanted to pay.
Very corporate and not “friendly” in the way that, say the Bankside is , but it’s a huge hotel with a very different clientele.
