The “pantry” at this hotel was quite pathetic. Three day old muffins (wrapped in plastic after day two). Packaged chips and granola bars. Grandma’s packaged cookies. Coffee machine was broken. Toaster and cream cheese, but nothing to toast and no plate or napkin on which to put it, nor a knife with which to spread it. Oatmeal cups, but no source of hot water (see: coffee machine), nor a spoon with which to eat it. Nothing elite about it. I didn’t get to pick this property, but based on it I won’t stay at another Delta property again. It explains why the nightly rate was as low as $87 while the Courtyard literally in the same parking lot was $145.
