Intercontinental Malta : a maze of rooms
Let me start by saying the hotel complex is huge.
As visual evidence presented:

Salmon pink : the complete complex
Prussian Blue : rooms with limited view if on lower floors
Magenta : rooms with better view if on higher floors

Views:
-no designation- : lowest floors
City view : view to city towards north west / limited rooms (jr suites) on level 17 /18 face south east
Premium city view : view to city towards north west on higher floor or less obstruction
Garden view : view on the innercourt towards the greens of the garden
