SHO-JNB-INH is most likely codeshare so it will be sold by both airlines , my guess will be that the SHO-JNB will be with 4Z
so to reduce the risks i would recommend to buy the whole journey under single booking from 4Z , cause if TM fµ*ks up , then it will be the duty of 4Z to bring you to INH from SHO

not personally but when i was in MPM i heard stories about LM sometimes changing schedules like they are driving a intercity bus or simply cancel rotation due to low number of paxs
