The card was open when the referral was created but then closed before it got credited. Anyone been sucessful in getting the points back? Currently they show on a $0 statement as 40k courtesy adjustment and on the next line 40K points unavailable for redemption.
The points will be credited to your closed account. You can still view UR points of the closed account online. Once it's posted, yuu can transfer the points out. You don't have to contact Chase.
