New JV signed between Hyatt and China Resources Land that confirms the addition of the Mumian portfolio to World of Hyatt, as well as the signing of new properties as detailed below:

• Six existing Mumian-branded hotels in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou and Rizhao will join Hyatt as Unbound Collection or JdV by Hyatt hotels
• Two new Mumian properties in Shaoxing and Shanghai will join Unbound when they open in Q1 next year
• Park Hyatt Xi'an and Andaz Dongguan signed
• More hotels to follow through this agreement
• This JV builds on the relationship between Hyatt and CR Land, which includes already-open properties in the form of Grand Hyatt Shenzhen, Grand Hyatt Dalian, Grand Hyatt Shenyang, Park Hyatt Hangzhou, Grand Hyatt Hefei, Andaz Xiamen and Andaz Shenzhen Bay
