We do here up in Scotland, although a lunchtime fry up is better with a can of Tennants lager though or a full fat Irn-Bru if it's in the morning
Jesting aside though I have to say this new concept as you say is really not a good idea and neither is the whole curry everywhere which only a very small minority may like. I mean having Pancakes as a main course in BA First! Oh dear.
