If it's your QRPC account that is locked then I don't think anyone at an airport will be able to assist as they are unlikely to have access to the loyalty system, only operational flight systems relevant to their jobs. Especially at an outstation.

You need to persist with the QRPC helpline by email or phone, or badger them on the socials if that's that's thing (being careful you only interact with a QRPC official account)
