I booked a flexible rate, but neither the website nor the app has any option to CHANGE the booking, only cancel. They suggest ringing the hotel - which I tried - but the hotel does not answer before Skype times out. I tried emailing - but no answer. Anyone any better suggestions? Is there any reservation centre I can ring? I cannot find any help on the website at all. Cancelling and rebooking is more expensive.
