Yes.
Sorry, couldn't resist! My experience has been that the temperature controls in the roomettes are hit-or-miss, but even when taking the Empire Builder in the winter it wasn't freezing. Don't know if you normally run hot or cold, yourself; I like things a little cooler than most folks (but not cold) and would be comfortable taking a sweater for the train, just in case.
