The "MAX" bundle billing goes through Hulu (as long as you purchase the subscription there...$20 credit posted for the "ad-free" $29 Disney+/Hulu/MAX bundle.

You would need to call Hulu/Disney+ customer support to get the bundle swapped over from the legacy Disney+/Hulu/ESPN bundle unless you choose to sign up with a new e-mail address.
