This is what is wrong with our society, when consumers think a consumer product is a personal right….….
The Hyatt loyalty program is a rebate program for their product, and who cares if they pull the plug tomorrow on the entire program?
I don't see WoH as a "personal right," but I do believe all members should be entitled to basic fairness.
That said, I don't see how WoH was unfair to anyone here.
