If you are absolutely certain that it was doors open at or after 20:56 then your options are (a) go CEDR to see what detailed records BA submits to CEDR as to doors open or (b) do a Statement of Truth to say that you know that the doors opened at 20:57 and submit it as such to MCOL. This is an example of a point made a few times upthread why it is important to make your own record as to when doors are opened in readiness for passengers to leave the aircraft.
