First morning visit in a long time. Tried the frittata small plate (tiny and tasteless) and the quiche (tastier but rather dry). Both dishes had the same side salsa (or if they were different, too subtle for my palate to tell.)
The staff continued its tradition of bringing both dishes out at the same time, which makes sense during busy times when the staff is trying to turn tables, but less so in un-crowded times (as this was). To be fair, I didn’t specify a service flow; perhaps I should have. Another option is to order items individually and serially rather than all at once at the beginning.
