Trying to route her something like YVR - FRA - MUC - IST, then continuing the rest of the itinerary as booked. (- BKK - SIN - JFK).
I've split a PNR with PRs attached before, to cancel one passenger's booking. It's not exactly the same situation as you, but it is possible to split.
