Five minute wait this past Sunday at 1pm. Was not crowded when I got in. In addition to what most people have already noted here, I will add that the teapigs brand tea bags are probably the best I've personally had at an airport lounge. If you're tired with your phone or computer, the food section has quite many high quality cookbooks.

Food is still Bison Sliders, Teriyaki Chicken, and Mac & Cheese every single day since open half a year ago. It’s not usually what I’m craving so I find myself at one of the 2 pp restaurants or CL more often these days. Wish there was a rotating menu for just a little bit of variety.
They still had the mac & cheese (w/ or w/o bacon), but didn't see the others noted above. They had a couple of salads, a shrimp ceviche, chicken tikka with rice, brussel sprouts, and maybe another dish or two I'm forgetting. The croissants are better than the scones.
