We had a fantastic stay here last week for two nights. Used two FNCs while the cash rate at booking was around (750 USD) so I consider it a good value redemption (one could do better but it's fine). They upgraded us from base room to king with balcony and fireplace. Note that there are only few suites in this hotel so I'd not expect such an upgrade (suite were sold out when we were there). There is free parking on the street (no problem in low season but could be an issue in high season) or else valet for $25. Breakfast was comped and you could choose one drink and one entree (tips are not comped though). We had dinner at Wild Sage one night and it was good but nothing special and certainly not for the price point (we got much better value for money at Gather and The Blue Lion). Found it odd that you have to eat in the restaurant and you cannot eat on the patio of the hotel that is adjacent right to the restaurant and has tables. Did not ask for late checkout. Hotel itself is lovely and brand new although the decor is not really our style (but that's just a matter of taste and preferences). Nightly turndown service left yummy chocolates and there is a free minibar with snacks and water (no alcohol). The fun part is that they have regular and electric bikes for free (just sign the waver) but we could not really use them b/c it was pretty smokey outside due to an ongoing fire to the east of Jackson. This seems like an amazing perk though given that you have a bike lane going all the way to Grand Teton National Park. Hotel is conveniently located if you want to visit the Park and it's close enough to Jackson Hole ski resort but you have to drive to both (unless during the winter they provide a shuttle). All staff was amazing and they also gave us some recommendations where to go to see wildlife in the Park. We'd definitely be back if we want/need to be in the area. Highly recommend and a really good addition to Hilton portfolio.

Wrt. post above: we did not get a bottle of champagne and the bear was chargeable at 22 bucks. We were not celebrating anything though so YMMV.
