Had a good stay here a few weekends ago. Location is great. Suites are nice. And that would be it. Took points instead of breakfast. Got 4 pm late checkout after asking. We used the daily destination fee for a negroni which was like 25 bucks and not that good (we paid 20 bucks in the Modern which has two stars!). Bar/restaurant menu seems to be very overpriced and I think this was reflected by almost empty restaurant the two times we were there and whenever we were passing by. No upgrade offered despite being Titanium. I asked and was told they are sold out and yet I was able to book multiple different rooms on the app (just be honest and say the policy is not to upgrade). NUAs were not processed despite rooms being available but were returned after about a week w/o the need to call. Overall, great location and solid hard product but I'd never pay the cash rate they want here (for that money you can get Edition or Andaz which are much better imo). We booked it on points during this one-off sale and this was a great steal.
