By the book, it says:
Minimum
RJ flight for
Silver
tier qualification or maintenance is 4.
Minimum
RJ
flights for
Gold
tier qualification or maintenance is 10.
Minimum
RJ flights for Platinum tier qualification or maintenance is 20
That said, I am not sure if its enforced. I qualified and maintained platinum with less than 20 RJ flights. The flying was mostly on RJ, but on those long flights that give you lots of miles. If one flies mainly or wholly on non RJ they may stick to the rules.
