Don't be apologetic for Hyatt. We know how these cases go, be it WoH, HH, IHG, AA, or the like. They provide very little information to the customer. And when the accused follows up with questions, they are deflected (as reported ITT as well).
I'm not apologetic to Hyatt. All I know is that I've had overall great experience with Hyatt and I have yet to hear from anyone who sticks to the rules who had any issues with their accounts. Even those with ghost mattress runs at MGM in the last two years never had any account problems.
5 is an extremely small number to make a pattern.
