Have an overnight layover in DOHA later this week. Flying on AA J award tickets operated by QR. As One World emerald, will I be able to get a friend into any of the lounges (traveling on a paid ticket in economy)? Preferably one where he can grab a few hours of sleep? (Wife and I are staying in Orynx, but would like to get him some place comfortable for the overnight layover- 11pm to 8am)
