But that might be a person who only books one flight a year with A3, compared to a frequent flyer who spends thousands of euros with the airline. Moving this person to an earlier flight at no extra cost when the airline wouldn’t sell the seat anyway, wouldn’t cost them anything but would increase satisfaction and loyalty in return.
