Over the years, we've seen reports of many cases were Hyatt shut accounts, including the email history. I can find at least five such cases on Loyaltylobby alone.
Don't be apologetic for Hyatt. We know how these cases go, be it WoH, HH, IHG, AA, or the like. They provide very little information to the customer. And when the accused follows up with questions, they are deflected (as reported ITT as well).
