I checked a few award booking yesterday to cover as many airlines possible with one award ticket.
The following is available for 15,000 points + €79 ticking GA, KE and VN in one journey. Positioning should be easy by ferry from SIN:
(all other routings involving VN are charging double the miles)

The cheapest ones in eligible booking classes appear to be non-stop options for about €150 to €200 depending on the route. If you don't want to book specific booking classes with an travel agent, DPS-XMN is €198 and only offers Q as lowest class.
For connecting flights, it feels like using EB points is the better deal than spending €300 for an economy ticket.
