Does seem odd that no brand wide policy can't be initiated. Agree to it like all the other Starwood deals like service guarantees, and Elite bennies etc, or you don't become a Sheraton. etc.

1 or 2 calls is no biggie, but say 10 toll free runs $20 with tax, and that is not a nice thing to see tacked onto the tab when cost to hotel is really zero. And especially when you have no way of knowing when you book, if calls are free or not.

I'd rather see 4 beers for $20 on there.
