Yes, rest of the current year (end March 2025) and then all of the subsequent year plus the extended card validity to 30th April 2026.

The only difference would be if you are not yet in your pre-April 2025 'shortened' year, in which case (imagine your year ended 8th December 2025) you would have the rest of this year and then the following year and extended validity to end January 2026 (although I think there are some reports these are being given validity through to April 2026).
