True, but usually - when it comes to fraud on a scale this massive - the hotel should be de-flagged at the very least, IMO. Even though one could blame individual employees within the hotel, at the end of the day, management is responsible for the behavior of their employees. Having that particular property remaining as part of the brand and the loyalty program, sends a mixed message.
