Sure, that's all fine and dandy, but what about the hotels themselves, who knowingly participated in this fraud? Do they simply get no repercussions? If that's the case, Hyatt is sending a very problematic message here.
Why do you assume that? I don’t understand why people keep assuming that just because hotels didn’t announce that they were getting punished, that they had not been fined or actions against them.
