Plot has thickened in my case. Having seen on other social media outlets that some passengers are now getting further changes after agreeing the SIN option over the weekend thought I would try to get an onward connection added as whilst cost is nominal cannot see how I can make MH late night connection under own steam if have clear immigration and recheck in.

Booking though is on my wife’s 241 and whilst I have made three previous calls to sort this out as I am GCH, suddenly BA refusing to speak to me. Turns out I should never been able to make changes even though I have sorted out issues on all out bookings previously and BA have invoked a GDPR investigation and will review our situation once that’s completed . So no clear outcome today but interestingly said anyone on reward booking getting rerouted other than onto BA flight to SIN were “mistakes”.
