Forgot to mention this before but some people were talking about it. This is an old DP but you used to be able get the price to free at S&S gas stations. Haven’t tried since 2018 but you can see I paid $0.00 for 17 gallons in this photo. Cheapest I’ve seen it go at Shell was $0.009/gallon.
