Sure, that's all fine and dandy, but what about the hotels themselves, who knowingly participated in this fraud? Do they simply get no repercussions? If that's the case, Hyatt is sending a very problematic message here.

The hotel is an entity, it didn’t participate in anything. Rather, it was bad people who were employed there who participated in this scheme. I’m sure they’ve been fired, and are possibly facing criminal charges for defrauding Hyatt.
