So again, WestJet is just repeating the same false reason for the flight cancelation. Of course, if that was officially marked in their records as such. Who will believe the passenger that the reason was totally different?
If enough people file a formal complaint with similar content to the appropriate government channels, a pattern should emerge that will not turn out in WestJet's favor.
