If you haven't done so, maybe check your KrisFlyer profile under the "Partner programmes" tab to see if it's a false negative. That's what I did to confirm my KF and Marriott Bonvoy accounts were indeed still linked and, by extension, should be eligible for the dual earn promo registration.
