Easier said than done. I have changed these tickets so many times and each time I've paid additional amounts. I need to try to find the original charge and itinerary. Originally, BA wasn't involved, but they are now. I'll check back in when I have the info.
No worries. Assuming you paid for economy originally and upgraded the BA segments on the outbound to PE/J, and the AA segment to J on the return, then you would (unfortunately) owe the additional YQ for the BA segments upgrades. There shouldn't be any additional YQ for the AA upgrade, but since the return is ex-LHR you would owe the additional higher UK APD (luxury tax).
