Any data points on J availability on LHR-MAN? Pls move if wrong thread.

i booked the cheapest - but most unsocial times - for xmas this year; but with a view to get my last 80 tps for silver and fcod to a better time.

question: how many J seats tend to be available on LHR-MAN / MAN-LHR - I hope to fcod?
