This was a very frustrating experience. I called them probably 10x before I got a competent agent who knew who I needed to talk to. The key dept was Operation or something team. Not the Changes team. Once I got to that team, agent was able to offer me many alternatives. I'm bound by the original Origin and Destination. CX can only be 4hrs and maintain the same number of connections. When I wanted to be adventurous, for some reason they couldn't offer me flights on TK nor AC.
