I am totally confused. Round trip ticket purchased with AA; SWUs applied to upgrade all legs to J except, unfortunately, US-LHR leg on BA which is in PE: US-US (AA), US-LHR (BA), LHR-Italy (BA), LON to US (AA). Why was I charged 2 YQ's and one YR?
